To keep it looking its best, store your bag in its original dust bag or packaging, away from direct sunlight and humidity. For regular care, gently wipe the surface with a soft, dry cloth. For light stains, use a small amount of warm water and mild soap, then dry immediately with a soft cloth. Avoid bleach, alcohol, and solvent-based cleaners, as they may damage the material and finish. With proper care, your bag will remain a timeless companion for years to come.

We ship worldwide. Orders are shipped after bank approval, and you'll receive a shipment confirmation and tracking number.

We work to keep our clients satisfied, which means that you may exchange or return items if you are not satisfied with the purchase. We are able to issue an exchange or refund up to 14 days after the date of receipt. After you receive the return instructions, the goods must be sent back within 14 days.

A flat return processing fee of $5 will be deducted from the refund.

Please ensure that all returns are initiated within the specified return period and adhere to our return policy guidelines.

The refunds are issued to the same payment method used on the original order. Please note the shipping fee is non-refundable.

How can i track my order?

We’ll send you another email with your tracking information as soon as it becomes available.

You can click the tracking number in that email to view the latest shipping updates.

Why isn't my tracking updating?

Tracking usually begins updating within 2–5 business days after fulfillment.

During international transit, updates may pause until your package receives the next carrier scan.

Why does my tracking say “Shipping Label Created”?

Your package has already entered our international shipping network.
Some carriers may initially display “Shipping Label Created” before additional tracking events become available. This is a normal part of international shipping and does not mean your order has not been shipped.

Can i cancel my order?

If your order has been placed within the last hour, you can send an e-mail to support@pixiebagel.com, we’ll do our best to cancel it before it is processed.

Once an order has been shipped, it enters the carrier’s network and generally can no longer be cancelled. If you no longer wish to keep your order, you may request a return after delivery in accordance with our Return Policy. If you have any questions, our support team is always happy to help.

I didn't receive an order confirmation？

After you have ordered from our online shop, you will receive an order confirmation by email. If you have not received this within an hour of placing your order, there could be one of the following reasons:

• Did the email end up in the SPAM folder of your email account?
• Maybe you entered the wrong email address?

If none of the described cases apply, please contact our support (support@pixiebagel.com), it may be that the order was not completed successfully.
