Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated based on your delivery region and will be shown during checkout. 

Delivery Time
After dispatch, estimated international delivery times are 5–10 business days, depending on your location. Please note that delays may occur due to holidays, severe weather, customs clearance, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Pre-Order & Back-Order Items
If your order contains pre-order or back-ordered items, any in-stock items will be shipped first. The remaining items will be sent separately once available. You will receive a shipping confirmation for each shipment.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your package. Please note that tracking information may take 1–3 business days to update.

Address Changes
To ensure smooth delivery, please double-check your shipping address at checkout. As orders are processed quickly, the window for changes is limited. If you need to amend your address, contact us immediately at support@pixiebagel.com.

Returns
Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs, please refer to our Refund Policy page for all the information.

Lost or Damaged Packages
We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged during transit. If tracking shows your package as “delivered” but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly (details are provided on our tracking page) or email us at support@pixiebagel.com for further assistance.
