Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days before shipment.
Tracking Updates
Once your order has been fulfilled, tracking usually begins updating within 2–5 business days.
During international transit, some carriers may initially display statuses such as “Shipping Label Created” before additional tracking events become available.
This is a normal part of international shipping and does not mean your order has not been shipped.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated based on your delivery region and will be shown during checkout.
Estimated Delivery
After dispatch, estimated international delivery times are 7–13 days, depending on your location. Please note that delays may occur due to holidays, severe weather, customs clearance, or other unforeseen circumstances.
International Shipping
Orders travel through our international shipping network before being transferred to your local carrier.
Tracking updates often become more frequent once the package reaches the destination country.
Pre-Order & Back-Order Items
If your order contains pre-order or back-ordered items, any in-stock items will be shipped first. The remaining items will be sent separately once available. You will receive a shipping confirmation for each shipment.
Address Changes
To ensure smooth delivery, please double-check your shipping address at checkout. As orders are processed quickly, the window for changes is limited. If you need to amend your address, contact us immediately at support@pixiebagel.com.
Returns

Lost or Damaged Packages
We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged during transit. If tracking shows your package as “delivered” but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly (details are provided on our tracking page) or email us at support@pixiebagel.com for further assistance.
