How can i track my order?
We’ll send you another email with your tracking information as soon as it becomes available.
You can click the tracking number in that email to view the latest shipping updates.
Why isn't my tracking updating?
Tracking usually begins updating within 2–5 business days after fulfillment.
During international transit, updates may pause until your package receives the next carrier scan.
Why does my tracking say “Shipping Label Created”?
Your package has already entered our international shipping network.
Some carriers may initially display “Shipping Label Created” before additional tracking events become available. This is a normal part of international shipping and does not mean your order has not been shipped.

Can i cancel my order?
If your order has been placed within the last hour, you can send an e-mail to support@pixiebagel.com, we’ll do our best to cancel it before it is processed.
Once an order has been shipped, it enters the carrier’s network and generally can no longer be cancelled. If you no longer wish to keep your order, you may request a return after delivery in accordance with our Return Policy. If you have any questions, our support team is always happy to help.
I didn't receive an order confirmation？
After you have ordered from our online shop, you will receive an order confirmation by email. If you have not received this within an hour of placing your order, there could be one of the following reasons:
- Did the email end up in the SPAM folder of your email account?
- Maybe you entered the wrong email address?
If none of the described cases apply, please contact our support (support@pixiebagel.com), it may be that the order was not completed successfully.
How do i know that the bag's size?
Please refer to the dimensions of the bags provided on the description of the product page.
How can i track my order?
We will send you an email notification as soon as your item ships with a tracking number so you can follow your order anytime.
Please click the tracking number provided to be redirected to the tracking service site
Tracking number is not clickable/showing updated status
It can take up to 5 days for the tracking number to show first status. Once it fires its status you can follow it by clicking on the number anytime.

How long does international shipping take?
International delivery usually takes 7–12 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination and local customs clearance.
Make a return
Please refer to our Refund Policy page for all the information.
Do you offer free returns?
The customer will pay the shipping payment for returning the item back to us. Once the product is received and inspected, customer will receive full refund for the product.
Can i cancel my order?

We will cancel your order and proceed to your refund (which will appear on your bank account after a couple of days).

For Leather Bags:
For daily cleaning, simply use a soft, dry cloth. For minor stains, gently wipe with a small amount of warm water and mild soap solution, then immediately dry with a soft cloth. Avoid using bleach, alcohol, or solvent-based cleaners to prevent damage to the bag’s surface.
For Straw Bags:
If your bag gets stained, gently wipe it with a soft, damp cloth, then dry it on a low heat setting using a hair dryer or similar device. In case of liquid spills, promptly absorb any excess moisture. With proper care and storage in a dry, well-ventilated place, your bag will maintain its beauty and accompany you for years to come.
