What can I customize?
All of our bags can be customized with your preferred color and embroidered letters. Simply select the color and leave the desired letters in the notes section when placing your order. At this time, we do not offer pattern customization.
Is there an extra charge for customization?
The prices displayed for all products already include the craftsmanship fee for customization. No additional charges will apply for the listed customization options.
Can I change my design after placing an order?
If you wish to change the color or letters of your customization, please contact our customer service via the website or email us at pixiebagel8@gmail.com within 48 hours of placing your order to confirm whether changes are possible.
If production has not yet begun, changes are free of charge. However, if your item is already in production, an additional modification fee may apply depending on the scope of the change.
Can I provide my own design?
If you would like to submit your own design for a fully personalized order, please contact our customer service or email pixiebagel8@gmail.com for more details. Additional craftsmanship fees will apply.
How long does it take to make a bag?
Each customized bag is handmade after the order is received. The production process typically takes 5–10 days.
How long does international shipping take?
International delivery usually takes 7–12 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination and local customs clearance.
Can I return or exchange a customized bag?
As each bag is made-to-order, returns or exchanges are generally not accepted. However, if your item arrives with a significant quality issue or damage, please contact us at pixiebagel8@gmail.com to discuss possible solutions.
How should I care for my bag?
If your bag gets a little dirty, simply wipe it gently with a soft damp cloth, then dry it with a hair dryer or similar device. If it comes into contact with water, be sure to remove any excess moisture promptly. With proper care and storage in a dry, well-ventilated space, your bag will stay beautiful and last for many years to come.
