We have two main categories of handbags, both meticulously crafted by hand. One category includes leather and fabric bags, while the other features straw-woven bags. Only our straw-woven bags are available for customization.

The prices displayed for all products already include the craftsmanship fee for customization. No additional charges will apply for the listed customization options.

If you wish to change the color or letters of your customization, please contact our customer service via the website or email us at support@pixiebagel.com within 48 hours of placing your order to confirm whether changes are possible.
If production has not yet begun, changes are free of charge. However, if your item is already in production, an additional modification fee may apply depending on the scope of the change.

After you have ordered from our online shop, you will receive an order confirmation by email. If you have not received this within an hour of placing your order, there could be one of the following reasons:

• Did the email end up in the SPAM folder of your email account?
• Maybe you entered the wrong email address?

If none of the described cases apply, please contact our support (pixiebagel8@gmail.com), it may be that the order was not completed successfully.

Under pixiebagel's small-batch fine production mode, the production cycle for leather/fabric bags is 3-5 working days, while the production cycle for customizable straw-woven bags is 2-3 working days. Production starts immediately upon receiving orders.

International delivery usually takes 7–12 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination and local customs clearance.

As each bag is made-to-order, returns or exchanges are generally not accepted. However, if your item arrives with a significant quality issue or damage, please contact us at support@pixiebagel.com to discuss possible solutions.

For Leather Bags:
For daily cleaning, simply use a soft, dry cloth. For minor stains, gently wipe with a small amount of warm water and mild soap solution, then immediately dry with a soft cloth. Avoid using bleach, alcohol, or solvent-based cleaners to prevent damage to the bag’s surface.

For Straw Bags:
If your bag gets stained, gently wipe it with a soft, damp cloth, then dry it on a low heat setting using a hair dryer or similar device. In case of liquid spills, promptly absorb any excess moisture. With proper care and storage in a dry, well-ventilated place, your bag will maintain its beauty and accompany you for years to come.

As soon as your order has been packed and is ready to be shipped, you will receive a confirmation by email. For shipments sent with DHL, a tracking number is available.
