For light stains, use a small amount of warm water and mild soap, then dry immediately with a soft cloth. Avoid bleach, alcohol, and solvent-based cleaners, as they may damage the material and finish. With proper care, your bag will remain a timeless companion for years to come.

We are able to issue an exchange or refund up to 7 days after the date of receipt. After you receive the return instructions, the goods must be sent back within 7 days.
