Avoid bleach, alcohol, and solvent-based cleaners, as they may damage the material and finish. With proper care, your bag will remain a timeless companion for years to come.

We work to keep our clients satisfied, which means that you may exchange or return items if you are not satisfied with the purchase. We are able to issue an exchange or refund up to 7 days after the date of receipt. After you receive the return instructions, the goods must be sent back within 7 days.

A flat return processing fee of $5 will be deducted from the refund.
