Cancellation Policy
Order Cancellation
If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.
Orders may only be cancelled before they have been processed and shipped. While we cannot guarantee every cancellation request can be accommodated, we’ll always do our best to help.
After Shipment
Once an order has been shipped, it enters our international shipping network and generally can no longer be cancelled.
During international transit, tracking updates may not appear immediately. Depending on the carrier, the first tracking event may take several business days after fulfillment to appear. This is a normal part of international shipping and does not indicate that your order has not been shipped.
Returns After Delivery
If you no longer wish to keep your order after it has been shipped, you’re welcome to request a return after delivery in accordance with our Return Policy.
Please do not refuse delivery or initiate a payment dispute before contacting our support team. We’re happy to help find the best solution whenever possible.
