Return & Refund Policy

Because our products are custom-made, handcrafted bags, each item is created exclusively for you. Therefore, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons unrelated to product quality.

Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges

We only accept return or exchange requests for items with clear quality issues, such as significant craftsmanship defects or functional damage.

If you believe your item has a quality issue, please contact our customer service team at support@pixiebagel.com within 72 hours of receiving your order, and provide clear photos or videos for verification.

Once confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or a refund (if applicable).

Note on Handcrafted Items

Due to the nature of handmade craftsmanship, slight natural variations or minor asymmetry may occur. These characteristics are part of the unique charm of handcrafted goods and are not considered defects. If you prefer completely uniform, machine-made products, please consider this before purchasing.

Return/Exchange Process

  1. Contact Us – Email support@pixiebagel.com with a description of the issue and supporting photos or videos.

  2. Verification – We will review your request within 1–3 business days and confirm the resolution.

  3. Arrangement – If eligible, we will provide the return address or arrange a replacement. Return shipping costs will be covered by us.

Non-Returnable/Non-Exchangeable Situations

  • Requests based on personal preferences (e.g., color, size).

  • Requests submitted after the 72-hour window.

  • Items that have been used or damaged due to human error.

  • Items with special customizations (e.g., engraved names, special color combinations) that are not related to quality issues.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, the amount will be returned to your original payment method. Processing may take 5–10 business days.
