1. Return Window
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your item.
All return requests must be submitted within this timeframe. Requests made after 7 days will not be accepted.

- A $5 return processing fee will be deducted from your refund.

5. Return Method & Responsibility

* Customers are responsible for arranging return shipping using a carrier of their choice. We do not provide standard prepaid return labels.

* Customers are responsible for the package until it is received and inspected by us.
* We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method. Items must be received back within 21 days of the purchase date.
In certain cases, we may offer return shipping assistance at our discretion.

For orders placed with free shipping, the original outbound shipping cost is part of the fulfillment service and is non-refundable.

7. Refund Timeline
Once the returned item is received and approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3-5 business days.The duration of the refund depends on your choice of payment.
8. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo or video evidence.
In these cases, we will cover all return-related costs and offer either:
