To preserve their beauty, store your bag in its original dust bag or packaging, away from sunlight and humidity. For cleaning, use a soft dry cloth for daily maintenance. For light stains, gently wipe with a small amount of warm water and mild soap, then immediately dry with a soft cloth. Avoid bleach, alcohol, or solvent-based cleaners, as they may damage the surface.

We ship via standard international courier services to the regions below. Orders are shipped after bank approval, and you'll receive a shipment confirmation and tracking number. High-value orders may require a signature. Shipping times and rates:

• UK: 5-7 days
• Asia: 5-7 days
• Europe, North America, Middle East: 4-6 days
• Oceania: 6-8 days
  Note: Shipping times may vary during holidays.

We work to keep our clients satisfied, which means that you may exchange or return items if you are not satisfied with the purchase. We are able to issue an exchange or refund up to 7 days after the date of receipt. After you receive the return instructions, the goods must be sent back within 7 days.

A flat fee of £12 / $15 will be deducted from your refund to partially cover return shipping costs, regardless of your location.

Please ensure that all returns are initiated within the specified return period and adhere to our return policy guidelines.

The refunds are issued to the same payment method used on the original order. Please note the shipping fee is non-refundable.
