We ship via standard international courier services to the regions below. Orders are shipped after bank approval, and you'll receive a shipment confirmation and tracking number. High-value orders may require a signature. Shipping times and rates:

- Europe, North America, Middle East: 4-6 days
- Oceania: 6-8 days

We work to keep our clients satisfied, which means that you may exchange or return items if you are not satisfied with the purchase. We are able to issue an exchange or refund up to 7 days after the date of receipt. After you receive the return instructions, the goods must be sent back within 7 days.
A flat fee of £10 / $12 will be deducted from your refund to partially cover return shipping costs, regardless of your location.
